Your host, Fr. Michael Kiernan, serves as Pastor of St. Mary’s Catholic Community, Beale Air Force Base, and assists several parishes in the Diocese of Sacramento where he has been a priest for 47 years. He has long been involved in many charitable organizations, as well as ecumenical and interfaith activities.

In 2016, Sacramento Faith TV, a public television channel that airs content from various faith traditions, decided that they wanted a local Catholic voice on their channel. They approached Father Michael with a guest show format, and Catholic Viewpoint: Faith, Hope, and Love, was developed and launched in 2017.

​The show has been joined by many guests, from all walks of life from clergy and religious, to teachers, professors, mothers, authors and many other lay persons involved in a variety of ministries in their parishes. We hope you will find them sincere, loving and filled with Faith!
